SMT solder paste printing machine maintenance

 

There are many factors that affect printing quality, such as solder paste quality, stencil quality, SMT printing process parameters, ambient temperature, humidity, and equipment accuracy. In fact, all the problems have a great relationship with our equipment

 

The quality of solder paste affects printing: The quality of solder paste can affect, and the accuracy of printing machines can affect too. The quality of the stencil is a key point to test our equipment, so today FASTPCBA will share with you about the maintenance of SMT solder paste printing machine! Because in the eyes of ordinary people, this machine may be used up after being shut down. In fact, when the production of a product is completed or the work of a day is finished, the template and scraper must be cleaned. Then let’s share with you the maintenance and process of SMT solder paste printing machine. I hope it will be helpful to everyone.

 

1,Remove the scraper, dipped the absolute ethanol with a special wiper, and clean the scraper, and then install it in the print head or received in the tool cabinet,

 

2,There are two ways to clean the template.

 

Method 1: Washing machine cleaning. Use the template washing equipment, the cleaning effect is the best.

 

Method 2: Wash by hand.

 

Use a special wiper to apply absolute ethanol to remove the solder paste. If the leak is blocked, use a soft toothbrush instead of a hard pin.

 

Use a compressed air gun to blow away any residue from the template leak.

 

Install the template on the placement machine, otherwise you will receive it in the tool cabinet.

 

Note: The order of removing the template and scraper is to remove the scraper first and then remove the template to prevent damage to the scraper.

 

To sum up, in fact, for the maintenance of the equipment, we need front-line operators to be able to carry out a master’s spirit on our SMT solder paste printing machines, SMT placement machines, reflow soldering, selective wave soldering and so on.
